8. Shipping, Return and Cancellation Policy
Shipping
LMonk deals primarily with services (offline and online) and hence many a times physical shipment is not involved. For orders received for any of our services, we will confirm the availability and delivery of such services using the appropriate medium.
In case of any of the products that we deal, once the order is received, we will process the order to be delivered to the delivery address which is provided by the buyer. Proper address with contact number is required to deliver the product on time. The product will get delivered within 4-20 days depending on the location and other factors which may impact delivery at your destination.
Return and Refund
For products that are sold by LMonk, we have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return of a product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@lmonk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be required to share your bank account details for processing the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In the case of any of the LMonk services, LMonk will not entertain request for refund of any services that has already been availed. Refund will be entertained only in cases where the customer has already made the payment in full for any service or solution. Partial refund request can only be entertained in cases where the usage of the services is not more than 80% of the total value of the service.
Cancellation
In the case of products, a buyer can cancel the order before the shipment is done, and the buyer will get Full refund. If the order is cancelled after the shipment, shipping charges will be deducted. The charges depend on the product size and value, which will be informed to buyer through mail. In the case of services, cancellation is allowed only 24 hours before the actual delivery of services.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to LMonk’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
